I'm not a hyper user ,have read that this box's Gshare supports HD channels on 100.5*e only where as you are interested in 95*e as well then there is no scope to access 2 sats without using DiSEqC switch.moonji54 wrote:I want to fix dishtv sd and hd together with single dish and dedicated tuner without any diseqC switch. i have Starsat hyper 2000 hd. i want to know is it possible to get sd and hd together in hyper2000 with single cable

Yes, Monoblock LNB works for dishtv 95 E SD channels & 100.5 E HD channels without any diseqc switch over a single cable & dish antenna.

Depends upon box, Blind scan 'll work or u can enter TP details manually.moonji54 wrote:than how i will scan need blind scan or manually add TP
Actually, a single output monoblock LNB has in built diseqc switch. It is configured in box as diseqc mode as port 1/A for one satellite & port 2/B for the other satellite.
Some Monoblock LNB's have two outputs for each satellite, there we need an external diseqc switch.
But its preferred to buy a single output Monoblock LNB.
Hope, your confusion is clear now...

See, it depends upon your box model. Both the satellites 'll appear as separate satellites in your box.moonji54 wrote:ok all right, but my confusion is do i need to scan 95e and 100e separately or with single scan it will catch both
U can use multi satellite scan mode to scan both satellites at once or can scan each satellites individually.

Moreover, you can assume a monoblock LNB installation as having installed two separate dishes, pointed towards different satellites & connected through a diseqc switch via a single cable to your receiver.
