The MEmu is a free emulator for android applications and games. Simulates the Android operating system incredibly well, no crashes and problems. It features pre-installed Google Play, and you can run any application or game from your computer!
Another addition which I located, is on the right vertical bar of the application, where there is an icon with the name of APK, where pressing you can upload directly .apk apps from your computer.
I tried to Laptop with 2pyrino processor and 4 GB RAM, and ran flawlessly. I installed the application dwrean.net for android devices like my favorite game Soccer Stars , and the results were perfect. I highly recommend it.
