mera starsat 2000 hd ki rs232 port pehley pc se connect hoti thi lekin ab mein koi bhi soft.Application karta hun toh pc to starsat 2000 hd port se connect nahin hota mein ne usb to rs232 lead bhi check ki hai wo bhi starsat 2000 hd ki port se connect nahin ho rahi help me SR-2000 HYPER Loader not work

i have [3] cable rs232 diagram 2+3-3+2-5+5 but pc to receiver not connect before one cable is pc to rs232 + recevier + loder ok many time i upgrade my starsat2000 hd receiver loder and rs232 cable help me
