run 2 receivers for hot bird

I know there is a dual pin LNB in the market to run 2 receivers on a single ku band satellite dish. I was wondering will that also work for HB 13e? or we have to buy special ku band lnb? because many people post pics of special metal made lnb or inverto ones.

I am using dual pin ones with 91e but it has some signal degradation when both receivers are in use. I was wondering if it can have serious problem for 13e as reception in Pakistan is not good. I want to use imported 6 ft dish for hb 13e.
