Disconnection from Specific Card Sharing Server

A strange problem, I am facing:

I am using paid cline from well-known server holder worldxxxxxx, If often found my Cline disconnected, and when I ask about this to the server holder, he says line is ok from my side, He even said, he is tested your Cline by himself on his own receiver, which he says working fine.

Therefore I have arrange a testing with following scenarios:

(1) I first master reset my dm800 HD sim2, cccam 2.3, openpli 3.0
Same issue of not connecting to server

(2) Tested on Wicardd
Same issue of not connecting to server

(3) Reloaded Image to my Dm800
Same issue of not connecting to server

(4) Reloaded Image to my Dm800
Same issue of not connecting to server

(5) Changed the ISP
Connected and working fine

(6) Now again reverted back to my previous ISP and entered two Clines from two different server holders,
(a) From old same worldxxxxx and
(b) From a new server holder
Diconnected CLine (a) and Connected and working fine Cline (b)

(6) Now again changed ISP and entered two Clines from two different server holders,
(a) From old same worldxxxxx and
(b) From a new server holder
Connected CLine (a) and Connected and working fine Cline (b)
But After sometime I noticed Cline (a) again disconnected and Cline(b) working fine

Ali Bhai & Golden Bhai please comment on this.

Tried on Telenor 3G(worldxxxxx Cline Not working more often, but other server holder's cline always works),
Tried on Telenor 2G(worldxxxxx Cline Not working more often, but other server holder's cline always works),

Tried on Mobilink 2G(worldxxxxx Cline working some, but other server holder's cline always works),

Okay, so the problem is not in whole Jazz and Telenor, the problem is in the specific IP pools, which are blocked or blacklisted on worldxxxx server.
