Experts I need urgent help for my Star Track 2020 HD+

Dear Spark Experts,
I have a strange problem in my Star Track 2020 HD Plus, sometimes when I`m watching TV and everything is perfectly fine and okay i.e. net which is 4 mb and c line the picture goes and when I go to the net settings it says that
"network failure,please relogin if this message still occurs, please reboot your set-top box."

Has this happened to anybody else? And how to avoid it, this is my 3rd week of using Spark and this error has come up for more than 2 dozen times. Even right now that I`m typing this message it has closed for 3 times and I`ve checked the net it`s working fine because I`m using it right now and this error comes and goes and then comes again...
Help me, I`d be very thankful.

do ur box factory reset,hopes ur issue will be finish,
if not than install fresh software. :P

I have done it. But the issue still remains. And one another thing is that when i change channels in 95e or 45e the channels run ok, but when I change channels in Hotbird so the channels stop showing up and then I restart the plugin and then it runs and when I change to another channel, it stops, or plays for 10 seconds and then stops and even when I restart the plugins still nothing shows up on the screen.

Is this because the experts have not made these plugins for Hotbird and only for 95, 100.5, 88 etc?

can anyone help me with my problem?

anyone? Admin or spark Experts.... I would be supremely thankful to the forum members...
