Sony not working in Tiger T800

Sony channel on NSS95 (freq 12647 H, SR 30000) is not opening on Tiger T800 (software latest 2.31) only audio is ok, the picture is not coming. pls help how to resolve the problem

maine new receiver liya hai, shop keeper ne software 2.31 dla tha, ab sony aur zoom nahi chal rahe only awaz a rahi hai, kya iska koi hal hai.

Working without any Issue .

Do a Factury Reset & Fresh Research .

thanks Dr. Timor, masla hal ho gaya hai, detail yeh hai

1. stb ko reset kiya
2. stb ki sat list se correct sat select kiya (NSS 95 E)
3. channel retune kiye
4. all channels ok ho gaye


Tiger T800 main agar dishtv ko kisi aur sat par manual frequencies dal kar hum retune karte hain tu kuch channels main masla atta hai. Tamam Dishtv channels isi waqt kam karain gay jab hum correct sat select karte hain.
