Hello brother.. I will be grateful for your help.. I flashed a wrong file from ftp download and now my hyper 2000 showing no display only blue light.. I purchased a rs232 cable but when stb is in off state laptop win 7 detects unknown device, failure.. What to do please

Problem is pc does not detect anything while receiver is on, when i switch off pc detects unknown device failure.. can you help me out
