Neosat i5000 NG issue on tp search - PLZ HELP

Hi folks,

I am using neosat i5000 3D sim reciever and have ASIASAT 5 (100.5) and PAKSAT 38R issue while searching tps. All the time on tp search it gives NG against these satellites and does not show any channel. I manually added the tps but of no use. Few days back it was running fine, but i tried to upgrade the software and somehow messed up its setting.

PLEASE HELp
