video not working

Assalam-o-alaikum.

experts plz help

video file (mkv)(MKV) is not working with usb the baby songs downloaded from youtube.

right click on usb there is option of bitlocker i open it by using password after this making

problem come. what i did. scan lt for virus change ports of labtop and receiver but problems

are still there if i upgrade str with plugin that done downloaded songs works good plz help
