Want To Buy - IPL Cricket Satellite Feed Pictures By Skype

Hi,

I am in Europe and not receive satellites at 68.5E and 100.5E that have satellite feeds for the IPL cricket.
I am looking for person who can capture IPL feed pictures from satellite receiver into PC/laptop and share using Skype 1:1 video call.

Not interested in youtube streams, I only wish for skype pics by 1:1 skype video call.

Fast broadband will be needed and some type of capture device to get audio/video from satellite receiver into PC/laptop for Skype.
Person will also need to be able to get pictures from 68.5E, 100.5E and any other satellite with fast IPL satellite feeds

Good money available for any person who can provide fast satellite feed pictures of IPL.

I tested skype with cricket matches from Caraibes and skype only 0.2 secs late compared to from satellite receiver pics. Also Team Viewer desktop share is OK for pictures, same 0.2 secs late compared to satellite receiver pics
