PAU Plugin - for VU+Zero 4k and other similar zapper stb

Some VU + boxes are sold as 'zapper' so less tax has to be paid. PVR's have to pay extra. Therefore, with 'zapper' the possibility for recording and streaming is disabled. PAU switches the option on again.

You mean if we brought it from abroad as only zapper then no custom duty?
