xcrusier hdr585plus plugin issue

I have purchased new xcrusier HDSSR585HDR PLUS . The problem is that the Clines of cccam and Mgcam are not working in it even in the pinging it shows success.

Please help how to run the channels on c line in this receiver

Chek this c line in any other reciever because i think it will be line problem

Dear Thanks a lot I got the issue resolved actually i did not entered 1 in the group column while entering the C line. When i inserted 1 in the group section the channels start working.

Please now advise the procedure how to activate the MYtv Online in this receiver.
