One fluctuating TP, rest great, change LNB?

Will changing LNB solve fluctuating TPs? Or should I also change the dish?

Receiving Dish TV India TPs from 95e and 93.5e. 2 feet dish. All TPs looks great but one TP keeps fluctuating between 30% to 60% (channels pixelate). Another randomly disappears from 60 to 0 (channels good to randomly stop working).

Some patterns: Both fluctuating TPs are horizontal. Vertical TPs are all fine; have the best strength. The two TPs in questions are from 93.5e. Making them max = 95e start dropping. I also notice an inverse relationship in horizontal and vertical (while testing LNB skew.)

As I can receive these TPs on dish. I suspect dish, cable are fine; but LNB may need an upgrade. Am I missing something?

Any experiences? Recommendations?
