problem with windows to install

salam to all
experts pleas help me to install windows 7 & 10
windows 7 ultimate is installed on my labtop toshiba satellite
working good all of the sudden system lot off serious issue like
4284814206.exe stop working
stop working error 32 application, masodas virus, & more
so i am unable to install fresh windows 7 and 10 from usb
dvd or cd please help to solve these issues thanks4

Bro format partition then install window.
Masodas virus is a ransomware.
Before it encrypt ur data u have to remove it or otherwise pay the ransome if it infected.

I had that problem with editor with windows 8. Game was probably fixed with VCStarter.
I just enabled it without driver update, restarted PC and it is working.
