Need help about nilesat

Dear i have one question i have dish fix on nilesat with sr 2020hd extreme reciver i m facing 1 issue when ever on my reciver one tp11729 H 30000 of nilesat show me no signal but other tps are at same time working and i have to go up and remove cable from my diseq swith and plug it again then its working fine first i think my b diseq switch is faulty but i change 2 diseq switch but same probelm then i connect nilesat dish dirct with reciver but same issue any help any idea what is the issue ??
