Problem in Spark playing Hotbird in Star Track 2020 HD+

Respected and Dearest Spark Experts and Helpers,
I`m using Star Track 2020 HD+ since 3 weeks and it is throwing the strangest problems at me. One problem among them is that when i change channels in 95e or 45e the channels run okay, but when I change channels in Hotbird so the channels stop showing up and then I restart the plugin and then it runs and when I change to another channel, it stops again, or plays for 10 seconds and then stops and this time even when I restart the plugins still nothing shows up on the screen.

Is this because the experts have not made these plugins suitable for Hotbird and only for 95, 100.5, 88 etc?

can anyone help me with my problem?

anyone? Admin or spark Experts.... I would be supremely thankful to the forum members...

dusri baat ye hai ke kya mei Open ATV 5.3 me jo ke Amiko Alien ke liye banai gaye hai, us mei cccam ka protocol daal sakta ho? agar haa tau tarekda bataye...
