just for home need which can run cline or server
with good performance

buy used receivers of starsat 2000 extreme or tiger t8 high class hd in good conditions.
there will be expired servers, but you can add cline.
they are full hd 1080p receivers, but not 4k.
price should be 4000-5000 pkr, otherwise do not purchase, as new prices were 6000-7500 pkr.
