If it says 'ERROR01 - NO CA FOUND" or something like 'No CA found' it's repairable....
In most cases second stage loader has to be repaired, you can do it with nullmodem cable, Dream Up and appropriate SSL.
Also it could be that your, bootloader is damaged (with time-bomb on clone boxes or somehow else), but it can be fixed with jTag cable.

time bomb ? its totally new for me that Dm 800 Series has that kind of ready made program which can kill the box at specific time .. u mean to say this right.? i have searched google but I have never seen there is any jtag availbility for DM 800 Series .DM800 can not be jtaged, serial connection is the recovery. Jtag was only possible with DM 500S . I will request u to update ur knowledge and measure your search in google .

Time bomb has original image, and when you load that image into clone box, time bomb can be activated with updates, or on the other way when it verify for authenticity of box. It measure against clone boxes by dream multimedia. Then box becomes dead, rs 232 port doesn't work, and you can't connect to box other than with Jtag. I had that misfortune that I damaged boot loader and coudn't connect to box with nullmodem, or dreamup, dream up with enforcer and other tweaks....box was dead. I sent my box to some guy who has Jtag cable and he repaired it, but it took some time cause he needs to load about 10 bootloaders from oldest one to newest one , one by one.
Links you provided doesn't shows that jtag doesn't work for DM800, it just shows that jtag work for DM500. Can you specify where you heard that Jtag doesn't work for DM800 ? I can assure you that it works!
Also here is the link that someone sell jtag cable and he also says that it works for DM800, there are pictures too how to connect and other things related.

Yes but it doesn't mean that jtag don't work for DM800 or SE. If you paid attention on title you would see"JTAG Cable for Dreambox DM500/518/600/800S" which mean it works on DM800SE. You can ask that seller for further information about connection or software needed for jtag, but I wouldn't advise you to do it by yourself. Find someone near you who has jtag in some satellite shop or so, and leave him to do that cause he has more experience than you, cause it's not that simple to do.
I know all that and I didn't want to do it by myself, I preferred to pay a guy who did it numerous times before, rather than do it by myself.

Why should I ask to seller when u r here to teach us how to Jtag. Read in ur post U have already claimed to assure that Jtag works for DM 800 .why u run from it ?.. . Now U should tell us , teach us now ..Keep ur advise in ur pocket and forget that whether I can Jtag the box or not .. just tell us how to Jtag DM 800SE . for which u have claimed to assure us .

U have not proved in ur post with any single example that it works for dm but on the other hand ur own statement shows that u have never seen recovering box with jtag with ur own eyes. So should i believe on this type false statement ? .. Search on net and give me any single example that any one has receoverd dm 800 se with Jtag . u cant do it because u dont have any knowledge just inserting ur nose in the thread without any reason and proof.
