STARTRACK HD 2015 PLUS USB PROBLEM

Friends, My Startrack 2015 HD Plus receiver is not reading the USB I tried many time by inserting and removing the USB but no use. It is in my use since one and a half year and such problem never happened. Please some one help to resolve the issue.
