The Linux-based media centre comes equipped with state-of-the-art digital technology, providing seamless cooperation with the Dreambox operating system, taking the user into a new dimension of digital media consumption. The DM820 HD is on offer at a RRP of 530 USD.
The DM820HD is the perfectly shaped symbiosis of TV reception and IT technology in a compact case that measures only 225 x 145 x 52 mm (W x D x H).
The stylish design of glossy black and silver conceals an intelligent Linux-based media system that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of the reproduction of brilliant pictures and space-filling sound. The Dreambox combines powerful technology with an elegant, intuitive operating concept, and makes full use of all the possibilities provided by digital media usage.
The DM820HD provides state-of-the-art technology that has no equal in the field of Linux-based media systems: 7.000 MIPS Dual Core Processor, 2 GB random access memory, while Gigabit-Ethernet and HDMI 1.4 connections guarantee the fluid transmission of high-definition moving pictures. Two USB interfaces exemplify the connectivity of the innovative Dreambox for external storage media. In addition, the capability of the media system is augmented by the integrated 2.5“ hard drive.
