bhai agar phir bhi network problem karay to windows ko refresh karain baaz oqaat port conflict aa jata hai windows mein jis se dm connect nahi hota

I have checked on two PC, but still same problem, also tried different images, i think its hardware problem.
One more most important issue i missed to share,

when i start DM after 4, 5 hours break, it doesn't start directly, but the green light on after 2, 3 minutes, i think when it warms then starts,
Network issue may relates with this?
