I didn't use both boxes but heard different remarks, complaints from members.
I'm not in favor of Hyper as many complaints like restarting ,booting etc in this box.
SRT 2020 HD Plus is comparatively better as it supports spark plugins and many other features like IPTV ,Youtube or net browsing support.
2020 kee aik forum mein sale luggi rehtee hay ,koee 4500 mein aur ziada ter Rs.6000 rate legaatay hein.Aggar yeh achcha hota to sale kee zaroorat kyon paish aati.
A shopkeeper told me , this model doesn't support many channels on Videocon .

Dear dono box bohat achay hain. Mere mutabik startrack 2020hdplus best hai,
agr starsat 2000hyper company server ko mad e nazar rakh kr agr lena hai tb tention bana rehta he kabhi on kbhi off,
company server ko chhor k agr hyper ko dekha jae tab ye bi best box hai,
iptv ka feature bohat acha he isme.

Both are nice but personaly i believe it depends how u can handle it if u want a simple plug and play then go for hyper and if u wana play with a toy then go for Srt 2020
