actually that skin was ur default or selected was not showing, if you had more than one skin installed ,,in that case skins could be deleted. it is my observation not confirmed ,,Aliraza may explain accurately.

then it was not completely installed only the converters were installed and they have overwritten the default skin . now the original skin crashing and u have this problem .
