Samsung Galaxy S3 not updating

brothers i have a samsung galaxy S3 I9300 with android version 4.3. it came from UK with country lock. i unlocked it from a shop. now im facing a problem that its not updating to new android version. when i m trying to update it through software update in mobile. it showing error... your device has been modified. softwares updates are not available... device status showing custom. i want to upate it to new android version. what should i do? is there any solution to update it.. thanks. see error ss

Bhai mere ye American set hai ya inko koren mobile bhi kahety hain app chak karein is may DMB k nam se koi Application hai? Or mobile ka aerial hai?
App mobile ki full info yaha post karo apka msla hal ho jaye ga ok.
About ka snap or mobile ka upload karo.

If you have a root, it unfortunately will be a problem. I have S4, I tried to go from version 4.3.2 to 4.4.2, I downloaded a new version with no problem, but when upgrading when it came to 25-40% showed an error updating the phone, I tried again and again error only, when I connected the phone to the computer, Kies downloaded the new version and correctly installed. It is best to download the new version to your computer and upload it by Odin.

nhi bro yeh korean mobile nahi hy. na is mai aerial hay. its genuine samsung mobile. model i9300 hay. or about ka snap post kr rha hu... is mai kingo root k name se app hy i think yeh root kiya hay shop walay ne. so root hue mob ko update kiya ja skta hay kya?

yes i think it rooted with kingo root software... plz tell the procedure to update it through pc. & 1 more thing that if i update it through pc... will it effect the sim registration & signals level...? thnx

Bhai app isko downloading mode may dalo first power off then holde volume - down + home button + power button for 10sec . Jab downloading mod m chala jaye to update kar lo . Or han app ke ki device mass storage mode may ho or developers option enabled hona chahye phir update ho jaye ga

ok bro. mai wait krta hoo plz ratko mjhe procedure batana bcz m nt sure abt correct firmware of my phone. i google the method of odin bt firmware ka confirm nahi h mjhe
