Starsat 2000 hyper server issue

Hello friends. I have starsat 2000 hyper and just update to 1.75. The company server freezing too much after update. Any solution ? And second if I want to roll back to 1.71 using USB how can I do.

i think you cant downgrade to older version via usb method wait for proper reply
dont tens about server issue it was off and on till yestrrday morning since last two days
also check you internet connctivity ...

true you cant downgrade to lower version of firmware using USB. you should follow these steps....

NOTE: do it at your own risk. i am not responsible for any brick during this process

1) Download DongleUP.exe tool and all latest Firmware here...

How to use Loader/upgrade tool for SR-2000HD Hyper

***Very Important: Please do not start this process if you don't have time to complete by sitting near the receiver or any chance to cutt off your electricity. It will damage your receiver's flash chip and it will brick. You will need to replace the motherboard in case of fail during the upgrade process***

1. Connect pc and box with rs232 line.
2. Open DongleUP.exe tool and press "Open" button to select correct file which you want to upgrade
3. Press "Start" button in DongleUP.exe tool.
4. Than turn "OFF" your receiver from the power button behind the box or to cut off your box's electricity and turn it "ON" again.
5. Upgrade process will start. Now wait here for few minutes.
6. After successful upgrade, the box will reboot automatically.

Starsat hyper company server is not working for previous 6 days...just 3 hours server is working...at 5 pm to 11 am not working my software version is 1.71.....any body facing problems in company server please reply.Thanks

Currently Server Ka Koi Issue Nahin Hai

bhai, i have issue before i was using 1.73 server automatically off ho jata tha phir main nay 1.75 kya now i am not getting starsahre server name in server list. even i delete the server 40 and make the setting default again. still no server in the list.

Sorry All, I was out of town for couple of days. anyhow i am using starsat sr2000hd hyper with latest updated software version 1.77 but its configured Dishtv HD and the good news is its running smooth.

only the issue is software is pretty much laggy .... it takes too much time to load all drivers and sometime not especially for WiFi USB Card.... if you face this issue just shutdown the STB and wait for min 30 sec then restart again. now, hopefully everything will work fine....


where i believe same issue is with 1.75 & 1.76 versions
