Strange Problem with Vu Solo

I have a Clone Vu Solo with Open Pli 4. I have Nilesat on Disecq 1 and Hotbird on Disecq 4. The problem is that it is not picking the signals of Hotbird, its only taking signals on Nilesat. When I scan Hotbird, it gives channels of Nilesat for those TPs which are common.
Now the issue is when I connect my Star Track 2015 HD with the same line, there is absolutely no issue and it is showing all channels of Hotbird. But on Vu Solo there is no luck.
I also tried to change the firmware to Open VIX but same issue.
Then I connected it at my friend's home, the same issue. Its not picking hotbird signals but with his receiver, the hotbird signals are coming.
Can any expert explain, what's the issue. Either its tuner issue or settings issue.

Check thoroughly if its tuner problem it will must scan the single side Tps only from Vertical or from Horizontal . if this is so then u should visit the Technician shop . if its scanning from both side v and h both then thoroughly check ur setting like Diseq C etc cable , connectors
