Did u subscribed for iptv from company server??

Anyhow go to this website and download the correct firmware for ur box model.

Note- Using different box firmware will brick ur receiver..

yes sir its mine box, but i have went to the site and downloaded it and its not connecting @ all. except internet radio and weather that only connects, but the youtube and the media link does not connect.

The only solution is left is to use loader to flash it cleanly....

Or

1.Do the oldest version first then factor reset twice.
2.Then do the latest version and again factor reset
