Why the remote control is different than my own?

I bought it 2 years ago and it's a genuine box (I checked it).

Same remote control i have received with Vu + Solo se but with Vu + solo2 i have received the remote one shown in picture as Ali Raza bro has explained everything in detail so clear now.
