Neosat 9900 wireless prob

I hve neosat 9900 hd spectra plus.the prob is when i select the wireless option in menu and search for wifi the error shows that no wireless device exists.i hv changed the device but prob is still..kindly help me any expert

bhai apne mobile mein hotspot sheild install karo phir try karo connect ho jaye ga

Bhai main receiver ki baat kr rha hn k receiver mein jo wifi device lgti hy usko wo detect nai kr rha..no wireless device exists ka error ata hy.
