eurobird 9e on cccam

dear experts help me please that on eurobird 9'E channels got freez for while & message appears "SCRAMBLED OR NOT RUNNING" after some time re open again.
i could not solve this problem
I am using mgcam in spark mode
And have ptcl 4 Mb broad band net .
please any one help me

its not the fault of your isp
tweak your configurations' mgcamd can easily handle freezing rather than cccam.
