Please help regarding Starsat 2000 HD Hyper Signal problem

I have purchased Starsat 2000 HD original. Everything is fine but one problem I am facing seriously which is signal problem.It is not picking signals of many TPs while they are OK when I use other receiver. What can I do now? Give the solution please.
I am using its latest soft.Application and also I have set it to factory default but still signals are weak.

bhai starsat 2000 hyper mai ye problan a raha hai main ny 3,4 mai ye problam dakhe hai wo kuch freqancy k signal ni uthta hal ki same time koi receiver lagao to us wo he tp k signal strong hoty hain

i have problem mention Tp channels freezing, if receiver off & On then Tp working fine.

I am using the same with Monoblock LNB and no issues with it..
Using Dish TV HD and SD ..

You need set the dish correctly to get good signal strength..

i have problem mention Tp channels freezing, if receiver off & On then Tp working fine.

change disq if you have normal LNB (Monoblock use kr rehy han tu check your cable)...

Disque switch nahi use ker raha aik hi satellite challa raha hoon.
