Hi,

Don't worry.

1. The download the rescue file.
2. Un-zip and copy into USB stick in a folder named "spark"(But make sure that the USB format first)
3. Off the receiver, if its On.
4. Connect USB stick into STB backside USB port and follows the given instructions with care.
5. Keep Pressing [OK] Button in Front Panel, then on STB power.
6. After 5 seconds, you will see [Forc] in LED, release [OK] button and click
[Channel Up] Button.
7. You will see [spark] shining in LED, now press [Ok]
8. You will see [SUCC] and STB reboot automatically in Spark mode.
