i make factory reset option and i think my gshare account got lost can some one tell me how can i recover that one please help thanks.

Open your server Menu and press F1 and accept to activate default server and save.

hi all again i have some question how can i update my starmax A100 receiver from FTP server i have downloaded 2 .BIN file can u some of u guide me how can i install or run them please guide me step by step my box current software version is 1.09.15198 and which files i download from FTP server (which is built in ftp server setting in box) is Star Max A 100 v 1.09.16239 and other file is SW-1.bin so please guide me how can i update my software version thanks is Advance .....

Just Update with 2nd file no need SW-1.bin .

No reply from any expert anyway i update software new update is good but web tv got too slow its loading time is also too slow .lets wait for new update.
