tunner scanning problem vu solose help

Vu solose symbol Rate Transponders Problem

I remember the time when i first time bought vu+ UNO and it was not scanning higher symbol rate channels on Asiasat 100.5 and VU+ provided upgrade to resolve the issue

I am facing the same problem in my new VU+ SE V1 V2 DOU2 ZERO receivers which is not tuning following TP,s which has 44995 symbol rate while the TP which has 30000 SR has no issue



Team please provide solution ,Very annoyed that same issue is not tested before launching the product in market

Vu k koi bhi box 8psk 45000 symbol rate nhi leta hai yeh chahe aap clone lo ya original sabhi may issue hai bekar box hai yeh vu + aaj tak is problem ko solved nhi kiya may khud personally vu support team ko email kiya hu but no reply

Ye Issue sirf VU+SE Main hai . baqi aur kisi box main nahi
Mere pass solo2 aur Dou2 aur Solo4k hai .. Mere pass aisa koi issue nahi . Meri last post search kar lo with pics share kia hai main ne
