Cut a wooden stick of the focal length size and hold it vertically at the center of the dish, then measure the distance from the top to where the holes for the rods. thats it
I forgot about screw holes, for that add about 3 inches to the measured length. Bend the rod 1.5 inch from each side for the holes. The picture explains.

this is the way to measure but I need the size of supporting rods ..most probably those are 54 inches

just measured the length of my own dish's rods by removing and it is exactly 54 inches including holes....after bending at both ends the length decreases almost one and half inches....the depth is also less than 48 inches.
If the holes are excluded from 54 inches then depth also can be obtained 48 inches.
I can't proceed ahead till calibration is done successfully
