I have few suggestions to comply in conjunction with board's management team.

The board's legend should be i,e Site Operator,Administrator,Co-Admin,Global Moderator,Premium Members,VIP and welcome member with respective rank's colors.
iss tarah members mei performance show kernay ka hosla paida ho ga aur jo member jiss rank kay liay qualify karay usko woh maqam dia joy.....iss criteria kay liay admin team apni recommendations Board Admin ko forward karay......iss tarah Board Admin ko select/elect kernay mei aasani ho gi.
Jiss tarah Board's members ki strength Masha Allah 40 hazar say tajawiz ker chukky hay same alike active users ki strength mei khatar khah azafa dekhnay mei naheen aaya.
mojooda Hikmat-e-umli ko update/upgrade kernay ki zaroorat hay.

aik member jiss ki joining date 16June 2013 aur contribution mei 4217 posts hein aur new comer without any post uska status be same hay ...issko justify hona chahiay.

Here lies the point
newcomer aur old member ki khoobian same hain. khhoobian us member ki un 4000 main show ho jati hain jo wo board pe present ker chuka hai.
jab member ki specific direction ki qualities expose hoti hain then us ko defined rank marking ki jati hai like DREAMBOX EXPERT, SPARK EXPERT, WEBMASTER, ANDROID-MASTER, Computer-Management etc
hum ne start main members ke groups define kye the jis tarha app ne apni post main suggest kya hai but then wo decision roll-back hua reason thi ke post making main authorized group main addition ke baad sab members apne replies aur comments write kerne main equal rights rakhin.
Administrative aur Moderate tasks ko wazeh kerne ke lye ADMINISTRATOR aur GLOBAL MODERATOR ke groups define kye gye hain.
jab tak newly registered member apne app ko post making main justify nahin kerta wo 2 steps verification main fall kerta hai as WELCOME MEMBER and JUNIOR MEMBER
then us ki addition PREMIUM MEMBERS group main ki jati hai.

colors mei thori variety aa jaati 2 ,,,,,,,,,agar aapko sirf teen colors pasand hein 2 theak hay hum issi peh survive ker lain gay ...mera deserving color (pink) mujhay anayat ker dain,,,, aapki ain navazish ho gi...mujh mein premium user wali koee khoobi 2 hay naheen

wo 2 steps verification main fall kerta hai as WELCOME MEMBER and JUNIOR MEMBER

lekin hota 2 woh premium user he hay na ....baithay bithaaiy without showing any performance woh premium member show hota hay .
ya 2 junior aur welcome members kay colors blue naheen honay chahiay.....anyhow mera aap peh zore naheen hay ,,aik soch aaee thi 2 izhaar ker dya.
Abhi meri kye suggestions rehti thee lekin aap mushwara lenay kay haq main he naheen hain
