Experts please guide me which led 32'' is best in picture quality,changhung ruba or ecostar.i have Rs.24000/.

Brother sb se best sony 412C Model hai
2nd Samsung
3rd changhong ruba, ecostar koi bhi le lien sub china mall haii.
