Help Spark Experts for spark 2020 sti7162 stuck on boot

I have done rescue immage many time in my stb. software have been done completely alright and stb takes boot correctly but when I restart or power off my stb and again on receiver becomes stuck again on boot. If I did it again same has been done.
1. Is my stb flash is affected with viruses.
2. is my stb flash is finished and i should change it.
3. Is it boot problem or problem is something different.
