PEMRA Starts Bidding for DTH Auction : Great News

Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority is currently in process of accepting bids from 12 shortlisted companies after Supreme Court just gave a conditional go-ahead to PEMRA for the bidding.

PEMRA officials in charge of bidding process, are present at Marriot Hotel in Islamabad where all participants are also available.

Process was started after Supreme Court issued a short order allowing PEMRA to hold the auction. Apex Court, however, said that outcome of bidding will be conditional with High Court’s detailed order.
