Starsat 2000 hyper some channels are not working plz help

Salam everyone Star Gold,zee classic,nat geo,m tv,travel xp,star sports any many channels are not working in company server...others are working fine please help
and 2nd thing today i installed new software of starsat hyper 2.05 after installing successfully every time when power on it asking pin code which is 0000 how to solve both problems thanks in advance
