Baqi Sim ka option toh mostly china ke receiver mei ha their price iss under 3k but these receiver are like disposible receiver in ki proper software support koi nai hai

Baqi you can go for tiger t800 + hd it has all mentioned qualities which you want except it does not have sim but has wifi option u can connect wifi usb with it and then connect to internet with it plus it also has 1.5 year company server on which dish tv sd and big tv hd are ok Its price around 9.5k from rawalpindi.

Btw agar app ne apna budget share kya howa hota toh kuch assani hoti suggestion dene main

Maine sat track aero plus HD putchase kiya tha one month ago.recording to krta hai TSV format me.unfortunately pc/laptop me vlc ya kuch or players ye format nahi uthatey.file convert bhi nai hoti.if u help me .i will very thankful ..

fta channel ki tsv file play hoti hai VLC player me,lekin scramble chanel ki awaz ati hai picture nahi. file format. tsv hai. sir jo software apne post kiya hai ,kindly usage bta dein. jab pc_ts. ya convert lnk open krta hoon to black display aa kr gayab ho jata hai window xp 32 bit mein
