IDENT ERROR -- UNINITIATE SPARK7162

My stb spark 7162 gives the ident error uninitiate when stb start and gives the mono startrak this error comes and blinking and receiver stop working. I did rescue image many time but error will still comes again and again. Please experts solve my stb issue thanks in advance
