OpenWebif Screenshot (Video) loading issue

Respected Friends,
I`m having a problem with OpenWebif Screenshot of Video. Whenever I want to record the video in OpenWebif it buffers for an unlimited time and no video is recorded. So is this the case with everyone or just me?
Is it a problem with my image which is Open ATV or my chip which is 7162 or my receiver which is Star Track 2020 HD+?
What seems to be the problem here?
Can anyone of you record a video from OpenWebif? If yes, then kindly either share it here or pm me.
