How to watch IPTV on Enigma 2

I recently watched this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aY8LSFYc9vc and created a user bouquet and put the links like this:

#SERVICE 4097:0:1:3:0:0:0:0:0:0:http%3a//vip.groupiptv.com%3a7000/live/nicolasa/nicolasa/4846.ts:AR | MBA Masr 2
#DESCRIPTION AR | MBA Masr 2

But there was no stream of IPTV. Then I changed it to this:

#SERVICE 1:0:1:7:0:0:0:0:0:0:http%3a//vip.groupiptv.com%3a7000/live/nicolasa/nicolasa/4840.ts:AR | MBC 2
#DESCRIPTION AR | MBC 2

But still no luck.

Can someone point out what is wrong with my endeavour. Thank You for your time.
