ncam not working in spark srt2020hd+

In my box ncam3.5 or any version not working with me. Gcam1.6 only works.when ncam.and gcam are both remains on. Mgcam line freezing with me on mgcamd 145b in spark mode.
Any solution or any plugin please share.

I am using these config. Files. Problem is still there.
