But U Can Also Use Flash Programmer To Inject It In To Flash IC Of Receiver In Case Your Receiver Gets Stuck On Boot

Tar.gz is also type of compressed file. You may open it with win rare or some other such decompression tool and extract .bin file for uploading to receiver
