how watch fox channels of 42 e Turksat in Starsat Extreme

Dear Brother,

Is there any thing like tandberg key for starsat extreme to watch fox channels of 42 e Turksat? or may be something else? but in 1506 receiver , it was that tandberg key, if i remember correctly, sort of. On forever server the channels are not stable , often times only 2 channels work .
