xcrusier hdr585plus powervu channels issue

My Excrusier 585 plus is not running the following poweru channels though the keys are correctly updated in the softcam key file.

1. HBO 68E
2. E HD 76E
3. DIVA HD 76E

the other channels like sony network on 66e and AXN on 76e are working fine.

Please advise the reason.

put key manual in softcam

Dear Shahid sb please guide the procedure for manual input of keys. I have already tried by using OS CAM through my pc but still no use.
