mg_cfg required to run sky italia and raduga

i m running golden server and viewing snapshots from sky italia chs but here
i tested but sky italia single ch is not working what maybe the reason ?
is mg_cfg configuration problem
my box is spark (star track 2020hd)

I have discussed this matter with spark experts they have cleared that server is not having support for spark receivers regarding sky italia and some viasat chs of 75east.
i wasted many hours by changing plugins again and again but all invain.
can u please provide us support for spark receivers because many users are daybyday purchazing these receivers.(enigma2 in spark has many bugs therefore i m not in favour of it)

no remote hang problem and no channel tune problem
